This is Simon’s fourth collaboration with We Knives, and his designs emphasize simplicity, functionality, and comfort, featuring little to no unnecessary embellishments.

The slender, razor-sharp blade is crafted from CPM-S35VN stainless steel, featuring a slight clip point shape, partial fuller, and perfectly jimped thumb ramp.
