The Umarex T4E HDP 50 Gen 1 is a compact CO₂-powered .50 caliber launcher designed for training, recreational target shooting, and less-lethal defense applications where legally permitted. The original 11-joule Version 1 (Item No. 2.4766) is the higher-powered variant of the first-generation HDP 50, offering increased impact energy compared to the 7.5 J model while retaining the same compact size and lightweight design.
Powered by a standard 12 g CO₂ cartridge, the HDP 50 features Umarex’s Quick Piercing System, allowing the CO₂ capsule to remain unpierced until needed. The internal 6-round tubular magazine accepts .50 caliber rubber, marking (chalk), and paint rounds compatible with the T4E platform. Fiber-optic sights aid in fast target acquisition, while the integrated Picatinny rail allows for the attachment of compatible accessories.
