The Vanguard V3466N1 Dukes flipper by Kizer Cutlery is a collaborative project between Kizer and custom knifemaker Matt Cucchiara of Cucchiara Custom Knives. It features a 3″ Bohler N690 satin blade with a slightly recurved shape and sharpening choil. The bearing pivot system allows for smooth blade opening, as with all Kizer knives, and the action is quick, snappy and ultra-authoritative. The milled black G10 handle has a solid, stout feeling and is extremely ergonomic making this a great EDC choice. It features a stainless steel spring pocket clip, stainless steel liners and is sure to become an everyday carry favorite in no time since it’s priced well below its design and quality levels.

Kizer uses high-tech wire EDM machines to cut the parts. This method is slower than laser or water jet but Kizer feels the quality is worth the wait. Each component in Kizer knives is precision machined and engineered to the finest tolerances. The final fit, finish, action and sharpness of each knife is achieved entirely by hand, employing the irreplaceable craftsmanship developed by generations of cutlery masters.
