The Kizer Ki4448 Assist flipper is a very good looking everyday carry (EDC) from Justin Gingrich and Kizer Cutlery with a nice stout feeling in the hand. Boosted by a powerful spring, the Assist will jump into action with lightning speed. With a razor-sharp CPM-S35VN blade and a window punch at the pommel, the Assist is the perfect companion for any occasion or that special place in your Go-Bag. The handles are made from black G10 with a comfortable, ergonomic shape and beautifully milled pattern. The index finger groove and multiple spots of jumping on the titanium liners lock it into your hand during use. The blade is a very utilitarian drop point shape, crafted from CPM-S35VN stainless steel with a gray TiCN coated finish. S35VN is high-grade steel with exceptional edge retention and wear resistance. The knife features a flow-through design, liner lock, flipper tab, dual thumb studs, reversible tip-up pocket clip, and lanyard slot. Designed by Ontario Ranger fixed blade series brainchild, Justin Gingrich.

Kizer uses high-tech wire EDM machines to cut the parts. This method is slower than laser or water jet but Kizer feels the quality is worth the wait. Each component in Kizer knives is precision machined and engineered to the finest tolerances. The final fit, finish, action, and sharpness of each knife is achieved entirely by hand, employing the irreplaceable craftsmanship developed by generations of cutlery masters.
