The Chris Reeve Green Beret 7” Spear Point (GB7-1001) is a premium fixed blade knife designed in collaboration with William Harsey Jr. and built to meet the demanding standards of military professionals. Originally developed for members of the U.S. Army Special Forces, this knife is engineered for extreme durability and reliability in harsh environments.

This variant features a 7-inch spear point blade with a partially serrated edge, offering excellent versatility for both cutting and sawing tasks. The blade is manufactured from high-performance steels such as CPM S45VN or CPM MagnaCut (depending on production batch), delivering outstanding edge retention, corrosion resistance, and toughness.

The blade is finished with a black non-reflective coating (Cerakote or KG Gun Kote), reducing glare and enhancing corrosion resistance for tactical and outdoor use. Its hollow grind and thick spine (~0.22” / 5.5 mm) provide a strong yet precise cutting profile suitable for heavy-duty applications.

The handle is constructed from black canvas Micarta, offering excellent grip in wet or demanding conditions. Combined with a full-tang construction, the knife ensures maximum strength and reliability in field operations.

With an overall length of approximately 12.3–12.4 inches (315 mm) and a weight of around 12.8 oz (≈360 g), the Green Beret provides powerful cutting capability while maintaining balance and control.
