The word Troodon (TROH-o-don) was named after a bird-like dinosaur from the Campanian age. Its Greek translation, “wounding tooth,” represents the sharp and serrated nature of its structure. The Combat Troodon is 25% larger than the traditional Troodon model but maintains a sleek, contoured handle that is both ergonomic and functional.

Each Microtech OTF knife features a sophisticated internal mechanism that enhances overall operational reliability. This model includes a black handle with standard bead blast hardware, an integrated glass breaker function, and a dagger-style blade with full serration on one side and a plain edge on the other, finished in stonewash.
