At its core is a drop-point blade crafted from D2 tool steel, heat-treated to 58–60 HRC for excellent hardness, edge retention, and wear resistance. The hollow grind enhances slicing efficiency while maintaining strong tip durability, making it suitable for everything from rope and cardboard to food prep and field tasks. A black stonewashed finish reduces glare and helps conceal scratches for a consistently rugged appearance.
The blade deploys smoothly and quickly using a caged ceramic ball-bearing pivot system, allowing fast one-handed opening via thumb stud. Once open, a robust stainless steel liner lock secures the blade firmly in place, ensuring safe and stable performance during use.
